Usage:
welding, all kinds of high-speed rail, tunnel support mesh, iron mine underground safety mesh, coal mine, underground support mesh.
Cross Wire Feeding Unit(pre-cut)
It is installed on the upper of the mesh grid set device. it consists of walking platform, cross wire stacking unit, wire distrbution device and wire feeding device.
The distribution device and the wire feeding are driven by pneumatic system under the operation by electrical control system.
Automatic cross wire feeding without the need for manual labor. it is designed for the cross wire is fed from pre-cut wire.
Welding System
Welded system is made up of the rack, welding transformer, pressurized cylinder, upper electrode combination, lower electrode combination, cross wire magnetic locator, lift mesh unit, line wire bracket combination, pneumatic system, water cooling system and others spare parts.
Welding materal:cold rolled wire, cold rolled round wire, hot rolled wire.
Mesh Pull Out System
It consists of blanking plate, gantry, chain link mesh netting machine and convey car(or roller guide), the flipper(stacker-turner)is optional part.
Max length of wire mesh: 6000mm. If the length of the reinforcing steel mesh is 12 meters or longer, it needs to be customized.
CNC Mesh Position Unit
Mesh position unit usage is feed forward the welding mesh, at the same time ensure the line wire spacing in need, which adjust cross line spacing according to the automatic setting.
CNC mesh position system can adjust the cross wire spacing automatically, and can save the data in the system, it is easy, convenient and accuracy to adjust the cross wire spacing.
Advantages of automatic row welding machine (mesh welding machine) :
1. The row welding machine is equipped with straightening cylinder, straightening row, and directly coil wire feeding, realizing automation, eliminating pre-straightening cutting and manual placement, saving time, equipment and labor.
