Large vertical wire drawing machine structure
It is composed of main reducer, mold box, wheel rack, wire rack and electrical control system. Each drawing drum is driven by the motor through the gear coupling two different speed ratio of cylindrical gear deceleration, so that the drum rotating work, drawing drum is vertical, installed on the cover of the box, gear pair using immersion lubrication. The inner wall of the drum is equipped with cooling water spray device to reduce the residual heat on the surface of the drum of the wire transmission line after drawing. The drawing die is immersed in cooling water to reduce the working temperature of the mould.
